UK First Class Signed For (Royal Mail) UK orders will be provided with a reference number.	£5
International (Tracked) International orders can take 2-4 weeks to be delivered. Please note, I cannot accept responsibility for customs charges upon delivery, but I do everything that I can to try and prevent this.	£16

Please allow 1-2 weeks for your order to be dispatched after purchase.

Returns & Exchanges

As every item is made to order and I am a one-woman team, unfortunately I cannot currently accept returns or exchanges. Please check your measurements against my Size Guide before ordering.

Alterations are available at an additional cost within 14 days of item being received (for example if sizing is only slightly off). Please contact me via email (christinacotta20@gmail.com) quoting your order number and as much detail and photographs if possible. 

On the rare occasion that there is an issue with an item being faulty or damaged, I am so sorry! This is not the quality you should expect from By Chrissie! If you  email me at christinacotta20@gmail.com with your order number, pictures and as much detail as possible about the faults and we can organise replacement/alteration. Please do so within 7 days of receiving your order.
